The 100th Monkey Foundation is excited to invite you to fill out the GRANT REQUEST APPLICATION ~ 2021-2022.

In a typical year, the Foundation would put on a number of musical events to raise money for and awareness of some of the fantastic organizations serving our community.

This has been anything but a typical year……But that won’t stop us!

Thanks to some very generous donations in the past, including a yearly donation from the Comey-Fitzgerald Family Fund (Thank you, James!), we can continue our mission.

In a way, the music never stopped….

– The questions on the application are intended for the Board of Directors to understand more about the organizations or individuals being considered.

– The monies given by the Foundation for general purposes ranges between $500 – $1000;   If the request is for a specific purpose the amount given may be higher.

– If any of the questions do not apply to the organizations requesting donations please give more information about the request in the additional comments section of the application.
